Wearing Formal Dress during Job Interviews

It is important as a professional itself, to make a good example and a good asset to the company, one thing we know is that when it comes to job interviews, we wear formal dress. We learned in college that our teachers have taught us on how formal dress attires are more important when it comes to business activities like job fair, job interviews, seminar and workshops, and grand occasions in the hotel. Companies anywhere you go, formal dress is required if you're an employee to the company, because if not, it may result to a bad image or feedback which other companies and people outside the organization are the ones observing the culture of the company. In thesis projects, when it comes to defense, they are expecting us to wear formal dress to ensure that we will know how a future professional looks like a businessman, manager or entrepreneur does matter at all, as we strictly follow the guidelines on how the way we look when we're inside the company with proper respect.

FORMAL DRESSES

For men, the popular formal dress in which most companies are expecting are the "Americana" type attire, which are composed of men's blazer, necktie, long sleeved polo office shirt, which must be tucked in, men's slacks and men's formal shoes. Other people in the international countries are just wearing short or long-sleeved polo shirts with no men's blazer and necktie, men's slacks and men's formal shoes. Men should also wear black socks for addition of professional looks. For most women, they use women's blazer either plain or stripes, long or short office sleeves which must be lighter than the blazer, women's slacks or

tight skirt, which plain blazer must pair with plain slacks or tight skirt, and striped blazer must pair with the striped slacks or tight skirt, and women's shoes, and in addition of that, a few make-ups on your face to look beautiful and pleasant. Stockings are used only if you're wearing tight skirt. It is the first thing that the supervisor might expect for you during interview sessions, by just wearing formal dress. It is not appropriate to wear teen clothing even if you're a teenager.

FORMAL DRESSES

Today, these attires were also used for modeling and huge victory parties. These are also worn by reporters and broadcasters, even in a basketball game. In various affiliate companies or multi-level-marketing programs, distributors or agents are also wearing formal attire to look professional for recruiting purposes. In the world of business, when we saw these people wearing formal attire, it is the proper way which a business-minded person looks like, and it's normal but should be observed proper way of formal dress, especially during job interviews.
